Cichlids need a balance of meat and vegetable matter for optimum health. And our Gourmet Cichlid Flakes ensure just that. We start with our Premium Nightcrawler Plus Flake and add the perfect balance of Beefheart Tropical Flake as well as our Premium Brine Shrimp Flakes. Then, for vegetable matter we add Spirolina, Kelp and Garlic.

We have been using our Gourmet Cichlid Flake in our own breeding tanks with great success!
